Songs has gone through many transformations. I used it at camp as a kid, and it was my first introduction to The Beatles, The Belly Button Song, and of course a camp favorite, One Tin Soldier. This is a diverse resource that includes everything from Amazing Grace to Puff the Magic Dragon. It also has a great subject index, which makes it accessible worship resource. I keep this as a touchstone for my worship resources. I highly recommend the songbook, and the accompanying musician's book with sheet music, to anyone looking for a modern songbook that still holds on to the classics.
