Ron Buford, Director of Development for the Northern California Nevada Conference (NCNC) of the United Church of Christ, is also consultant for the United Reformed Church in London, assisting them as they roll out their own God is still speaking campaign. He consults for other conferences and churches across the nation and is one of the writers for UCC Daily Devotionals to which you can subscribe online at UCC.org. Ron is the originator of the phrase "God is still speaking," its campaign, and many of its concepts such as, "No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here." He led the UCC campaign during its controversial ad rollout, banned by NBC and CBS.
Rebecca Bowman Woods is the former news editor and director of digital media for DisciplesWorld magazine. Since the magazine closed in December of 2009, she has been doing freelance writing and consulting in the area of social media and marketing. She is also the co-pastor of a 177-year-old Disciples of Christ congregation,
